  • 1 bungkus tepung hunkwe
  • 250 gram gula pasir
  • 1 gelas santan kental
  • 3 gelas air
  • 100 gram mutiara/ pacar cina, rebus, tiriskan
  • 1 lembar daun pandan
  • sedikit garam
 CARA MEMBUAT  :
  1. Campurkan tepung hunkwe, gula pasir dan santan, tambahkan air, garam dan daun pandan lalu masak sambil diaduk agar rata.
  2. Masukkan pacar cina ke dalam adonan tepung hunkwe, aduk hingga rata. Angkat dan tuang dalam cetakan, dinginkan lalu keluarkan dari cetakan dan sajikan.

Resep pancake sederhana

Bahan :
  1. tepung terigu 250 gram
  2. telur 2 butir
  3. margarin 4 sendok teh, cairkan
  4. gula putih 4 sendok makan
  5. susu cair 1 gelas
  6. air bersih 1 gelas
  7. baking powder 1/2 sendok teh
Topping/ taburan :
  1. coklat meses
  2. keju cheddar
  3. susu kental manis
Cara membuat pancake
  1. Tahap awal campukan bahan berikut dalam satu wadah : terigu, gula putih, telur, susu cair, baking powder juga margarin yang telah cair. aduk aduk agar sampai rata dengan sempurna 
  2. Proses selanjutnya, masukan air pada adonan sembari diatuk sampai adonan jadi encer juga tidak terbentuk gumpalan" kecil
  3. Tahap selanjutnya, tuangkan adonan sebanyak satu sendok sayur kedalam wajan dadar yang sudah dipanaskan, buat adonan berbentuk bulat agak tipis
  4. Jika pada bagian atas terlah terbentuk gelembung kecil, artinya ini sudah matang. jadi silahkan angkat. lakukan tahap ini hingga adonan tanpa sisa
  5. baluri permukaan pancake dengan susu kental, lalu taburkan messes juga keju diatasnya. jika udah, beri susu kental lagi. silahkan tutup dengan pancake lain

Kue Ape

150 gram tepung beras
100 gram tepung terigu
1 sendok makan baking powder

100 gram gula pasir

1/2 sendok teh garam

1 sendok teh pasta pandan hijau

250 ml air

Cara membuat kue ape:

  • Campurkan semua bahan kering (tepung terigu, tepung beras, baking powder, gula pasir dan garam) menjadi satu.
  • Tuangkan air secara perlahan sambil terus diaduk hingga mengental.
  • Kemudian masukkan pasta panda, aduk hingga rata.
  • Tutup wadah adonan dan diamkan selama kurang lebih satu jam.
  • Setelah satu jam, aduk kembali.
  • Panaskan cetakan kue ape, atau penggorengan biasa boleh.
  • Olesi dengan minyak atau mentega menggunakan kuas.
  • Tuangkan sekitar 1 sendok sayur adonan kue ape.
  • Tutup dan masak hingga matang.
  • Kue ape siap disantap.

Sup Kembang Tahu Bakso Ikan

Bahan:

  • 350gr ayam fillet potong kecil
  • 2 lembar kembang tahu 365 direndam air, potong sesuai selera
  • 2 buah kentang potong dadu
  • 2 buah wortel (potong serong)5 pcs baso ikan
  • Bawang goreng (sesuai selera)


Bahan Kuah :

  • 1 liter air kaldu
  • 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
  • 1 sendok teh garam
  • 2 sendok makan minyak sayur
  • 2 siung bawang putih dihaluskan
  •  2 daun bawang dan seledri (iris tipis)
Cara Membuat :  
  1. Rebus ayam fillet kedalam 1 liter air kaldu. Tumis bawang putih, daun bawang dan seledri sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan seluruh tumisan ke dalam rebusan kuah kaldu, tambahkan wortel dan kentang.
  3. Setelah wortel dan kentang lunak, masukkan kembang tahu dan baso ikan yang sudah dibelah menjadi dua bagian lalu tambahkan garam dan merica, aduk hingga merata.
  4. Setelah semua matang sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng 365 agar harum

Sup Minestrone

Sup minestrone adalah masakan sup yang berasal dari Italia, dan konon disebut sebagai makanan yang paling sering ditemui di meja makan masyarakat Italia setelah pasta. Saking awamnya menu ini bagi masyarakat Italia, tidak ada resep baku untuk sup minestrone, karena biasanya sup ini dibuat dengan sayuran apapun yang sedang musim. 
 
Bahan  :
Bumbu untuk kuah :
  1. 1 liter air kaldu daging sapi.
  2. 1/2 buah bawang bombai, iris.
  3. 3 sendok makan minyak zaitun.
  4. 3 siung bawang putih .
  5. 100 ml saus tomat segar.
  6.  garam secukupnya.
  7.  lada halus secukupnya.
  8.  3 sendok makan keju parmesan, parut.
Bahan :
  1. 200 gram zucchini, iris.
  2. 20 gram peterseli, iris halus.
  3. 200 gram buncis.
  4. 100  gram kacang polong.
  5. 100 gram bayam, iris.
  6. 100 gram kol putih, iris.
  7. 100 gram wortel, potong dadu.
  8. 200 gram kacang merah segar.
Cara Membuat Sup Minestrone (Sup Sayuran) : 
 
  1. Tumis bawang bombai dengan minyak zaitun selama 3 menit, masukkan semua potongan sayuran dan saus tomat. Tuang air kaldu ke dalam tumisan sayur.
  2. Rebus kacang merah hingga lunak. Blender setengah bagian kacang merah, masukkan ke dalam sup. Aduk.Masukkan sisa kacang merah ke dalam sup, tambahkan garam dan lada. Masak sup selama 50 menit dengan api kecil hingga mendidih.
  3. Sajikan sup selagi panas, taburkan sedikit keju parmesan.
  4. Untuk 6 porsi

Thai Red Curry Paste

This basic red curry recipe and method shows you exactly how to make your own curry base at home. All Thai red curry pastes start with the same base ingredients. They are lemongrass, galangal, coriander root, garlic, shallot, and kaffir lime zest. Then, for each type of paste, there are additional spices added so you can obtain the right flavor in your Massaman, Prik Kaeng Ped, Panang, or other red curry. It's so nice to be able to make these at home and control exactly what goes in, and the texture of your finished curry dishes will be so much nicer than with the packaged products.

Ingredient List:

5 - 6 Sun Dried Thai Chili

4 Tablespoons Lemon grass (thinly sliced bottom of stalk)

2 Tablespoons Galangal (peeled and cleaned, cut into small pieces)

5 Tablespoons Red Shallots (roughly chopped)

1 Tablespoon Coriander Root (finely chopped)

1 Tablespoon Kaffir Lime (grated kaffir lime peel)

3 Tablespoons Garlic

1 teaspoon Thai shrimp paste

2 teaspoons Salt

Directions:

1: Cut and measure all the ingredients.

2: Grind all the ingredients together, one by one, starting with the hardest and working down to the softest until a fine red paste is obtained.

8 dry red spur chilies (soaked in water for about 10 minutes to soften them)

10 - 14 small cloves of garlic
5 small shallots (Thai shallots are the size of grapes, so it's about 2 tablespoons worth)

½ teaspoon cumin powder

Easy Thai Curry Paste


 
  • Ingredients
    Serves: 3 
  • 10 dried red chillies
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemongrass, finely diced
  • 1/2 tablespoons galangal, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest (kulit limo)
  • 5 coriander stems, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons onion shallots, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste



Directions

  1. Soak the dried chillies in hot water for about 10 minutes or until softened.
  2. Place the garlic, lemongrass, galangal, lime zest and coriander stems into a mortar and pestle and pound into a paste (alternatively, use a food processor).
  3. Add the shallots and soaked chillies and pound or process into a paste. Finally add the shrimp paste and process until smooth.

Ingredients
  • 3 large dried red New Mexico Chili peppers
  • 10 small dried chiles de arbol
  • ½ c. coarsely chopped shallots
  • ¼ c. coarsely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh ginger or galangal (iaos) root
  • 1 Tbsp. ground coriander (ketumbar)
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin (jinten)
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
Instructions

  1. Remove the stems and seeds from the dried chilies. Use your hands to tear the chilies into small pieces, then soak in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  2. Meanwhile, place your shallots, garlic, ginger or galanga root, coriander, cumin, pepper, and salt into the bowl of a food processor or blender.
  3. Once the chilies have finished soaking, drain the water off and add them to the food processor.
  4. Use the processor to grind the ingredients into a paste. You may need to scrape the sides of the bowl down as you go.
  5. Store in a glass container for up to 1 month in the fridge, or freeze for up to 1 year

Making Bread

Making your own bread needs a little hard work but it's great fun and the delicious smell and taste of freshly baked bread makes it all worth while.
You can make a white or wholemeal loaf from this recipe depending on which flour you use.

What You Need:

Ingredients:
  • 225g (1 ½ Cups) Strong plain white flour or plain wholemeal flour
  • 1 level teaspoon salt
  • 1 level teaspoon sugar
  • 15g (1 level tbspoon) soft tub margarine
  • 1 sachet (6g) easy blend dried yeast or fast action easy blend dried yeast
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) warm water - NOT HOT!
What To Do:
  1. Get an ADULT to help!
  2. Wash your hands thoroughly in soap and water.
  3. Collect all the tools and ingredients together.
  4. Put the flour in the mixing bowl and add the sugar and the salt.
  5. Add the margarine and rub into the flour using your finger tips.
  6. Add the dried yeast and stir into the flour mix
  7. Add all the water at once to the flour mix and stir together using the wooden spoon.
  8. Use your hands as the dough gets tough and when it leaves the sides of the bowl clean (add a little more flour if it is too sticky), put the dough onto a floured surface.
  9. Now the hard work! The dough will feel tight and lumpy and you must 'knead' it to make it smooth and stretchy. Push your hands into the dough, gather it back into a ball, turn it slightly and then repeat. Do this for about 5 minutes until the dough feels smooth.
  10. Shape the dough into your own design or use one of the ideas below and place it on the greased baking tray. Cottage LoafPlaitScroll

  11. Cover the shape with the oiled cling film to stop it drying out and then put the tray in a warm place so that the yeast can work and make the dough rise. In winter this might be the airing cupboard, or in summer the kitchen itself may be warm enough.
  12. Now set the oven to 230°C/450°F/Gas Mark 8
  13. When the loaf shape has about doubled in size (after about 30 minutes), remove the cling film and place the tray in the centre of the oven.
  14. Bake the loaf for 20-25 minutes. It should be golden brown and sound hollow when tapped underneath.
  15. Put the loaf on a wire rack to cool and the tuck in!

Kue Nopia ini tergolong unik karena bentuknya mirip seperti telur dan rata pada salah satu sisinya. Kue ini merupakan kue oleh oleh khas dari kota Purwokertio, jika Anda berkunjung ke sana pasti akan menemukannya di sepanjang jalan Purwokerto – Sokaraja.
Letak keunikannya adalah pada proses memanggangnya yang berbeda dari kue manapun di dunia ini. Proses memanggangnya masih sangat sederhana yaitu dengan tungku mirip sumur terbuat dari tanah liat yang dalamnya dibakar menggunakan batok kelapa atau kayu bakar pelepah pohon kelapa.
Setelah panas baru kemudian Kue Nopia ini ditempelkan di dinding tungku.

Cara Membuat Kue Nopia Lezat Khas Purwokerto

Berikut ini adalah urutan

Campurkan tepung terigu dengan air kemudian diaduk aduk sampai rata.
1. Adonan tepung terigu dibentuk bulat sebesar ibu jari dan pipihkan pada bagian tengah diberi gula merah yang telah dihaluskan. Tutup gula merah dan bentuk bulat kembali.
2. Selanjutnya panaskan pemanggang kue nopia dengan kayu bakar sampai apinya mati dan ambil abu dan baranya agar tidak mengotori kue.
3. Adonan Kue Nopia ditempelkan di dinding bagian dalam panggangan kue selama 30 Menit. Angkat kue yang telah mengembang siap untuk dinikmati. simpan kue dalam plastik atau toples agar kue nopia dapat bertahan lama.

Bahan:

5 buah kacang panjang, potong kecil-kecil
1 buah kecil pepaya muda, serut agak kasar
pete, dibelah dua *aku ga pake ini*
Santan cair
Santan kental
Bawang goreng untuk taburan


Bumbu:

Ebi/udang kering, rendam dalam air hingga agak lunak
2 buah bawang putih
4 buah bawang merah
2 buah cabe merah

 1 lembar daun salam
1 lembar sereh
1 iris tipis lengkuas, keprek

 Garam dan gula

Cara membuat:

1. Haluskan ebi, bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabe merah.
2. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, sisihkan.
3. Rebus pepaya dan kacang panjang dengan santan kental. Masak hingga sayuran agak matang.
4. Masukkan bumbu tumis dan bumbu lain. Masak hingga sayuran benar-benar matang.
5. Masukkan santan kental, pete, garam dan gula. Masak hingga kuah mendidih.
6. Angkat dan sajikan hangat dengan taburan bawang goreng.

Easy Coconut Milk Curry Tempeh

Ingredients
  • tempeh diced or wedged
  • 1 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 potato
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of coconut milk (13.5 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, as desired
Instructions
  1. Cut your potatoes up in to cubes, slice up your onions, chop up your garlic, and cut your tempeh in to cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, in low heat, heat up your butter. Once it melts, dump your curry powder in there. Swirl it around until well blended.
  3. Add in the can of coconut milk. Swirl it around.
  4. Keep the coconut milk blend heated up and in a separate skillet, sauté the garlic and the onions with the olive oil.
  5. Once the meat is cooked lightly, throw the cubed potatoes and the chicken/onion/garlic mix in to the coconut milk/curry powder mix. Mix it all together well, and turn the heat to high. Once it starts simmering, lower the heat to medium low, and cover.
  6. Let it cook for about 30 minutes or when your tempeh is cooked thoroughly (and try not to die of hunger with all that delicious coconut milk aroma in the air!).

Sambal Goreng Tempe

Bahan:
2 sdm minyak, untuk menumis

2 bh cabai merah besar, iris serong, buang biji
50 gr kapri

optional : kacang merah, kentang dadu, kacang panjang irisan, jagung pipilan
200 gr tempe, dadu, goreng
200 ml santan, dari ½ btr kelapa
1 sdt garam
1 sdt gula merah

kaldu ayam Royco/Maggi/Knorr
 
Bumbu Halus:
6 btr bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih

3 btr kemiri, sangrai

3 bh cabai merah besar
2 bh cabai merah keriting

2 bh cabai rawit merah

2 lbr daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan



 
Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, dan cabai merah besar sampai harum.
2. Tambahkan kapri, aduk rata. Masak sampai setengah matang.
3. Masukkan tempe, santan, garam, dan gula merah, aduk rata. Masak sampai mendidih dan kental. Angkat dan sajikan.

RED KIDNEY BEAN CURRRY

Red Kidney Bean Curry [Rajmah]
Adapted from an Arora spice blend
This is an Indian cousin of your favorite spicy red bean chili.
Serves 6
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger (I use half this; I’m tepid in the fresh ginger department)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 plum tomato, diced

3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large green chili, chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground tumeric

1/4 teaspoon cayenne
8 ounce can of tomato sauce or 8 ounces of one of your choice
3 cups boiled red kidney beans or 30 ounces canned red kidney beans, undrained
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley, if you’re cilantro-averse)
Heat oil in a deep sauce pan over medium heat for one minute. Add ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, and let sizzle for one minute. Add the tomato sauce, salt and remaining spices and cook for an additional five minutes, stirring frequently. Add the kidney beans with water or canned red kidney beans (undrained) plus one additional cup of water, and tomatoes. Bring it to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and let cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve over rice or with naan. A dollop of plain yougurt on top is heavenly.

Sambal Goreng Tempe

Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans of beans (I used black and kidney)
    1/2 large red onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    4 oz tempeh, crumbled
    1/2 T chili powder (I use the hot mexican style)
    1/2 T ground cumin
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    2 cloves, garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 chopped zucchini

Directions

Rinse and drain beans in a colander.
Add the onions and green peppers to bottom of crockpot, I used a frozen mix. Crumble the tempeh and add to pot.
Add spices to the pot.
Add the tomatoes and the beans. Add vegetable broth, if the mixture seems to be dry.
Add salt and pepper to taste and/or more chili powder if you want it to be spicier.
Chop and add the zucchini in the last hour to hour and a half of cooking. (in total it takes about 4 hours of cooking on high. This allows the tempeh to absorb the flavors.)

Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe





 Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:

Using a blender, food processor, or hand mixer, combine avocado meat, cocoa powder, agave nectar, and vanilla extract by blending until a smooth texture is formed.

Turn the blender off and scarp down the sides of the container. Note the texture of the chocolate mousse. If a fluffier, lighter mousse is desired, slowly add in almond milk while blending until your heart is content with the texture of your chocolate wonder.
