Coconut Pandan Waffles Recipe - Banh Kep La Dua






Ingredients
1 egg
300ml (1+1/4 cup) coconut milk
1/4 tsp pandan extract
160g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp melted butte
