Ingredients
Yield: 4 servings
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 salmon steaks, 1-inch thick
¾ cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Combine lemon juice, the sugar and butter in a saucepan.
Cook the mixture over low heat, constantly stirring, until sugar has dissolved.
Place the salmon steaks in a greased, hinged fish basket. Then grill about four inches from the coal.
Cook the salmon for about fifteen minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily, occasionally brushing with sauce.

What You Need
1/2 cup KRAFT Thick & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 green onion, sliced
4 salmon fillets or steaks (1 lb.)
Make It
HEAT greased grill to medium-high heat.
MIX first 3 ingredients until blended.
GRILL fish 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with sauce. Grill 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce.

Substitute
Prepare using halibut or swordfish steaks.
Use Your Broiler
Mix sauce as directed. Place fish on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 4 min. on each side. Brush generously with sauce. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
