Ingredients
Original recipe makes 12 servings
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- Salad:
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped

- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, slightly melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crispy chow mein noodles, or more to taste
